Purchase of a light special vehicle for the transport of persons for the Volunteer Fire Department in Gołkowice. 4.1. The subject of the contract is the “Purchase of a light special vehicle for the transport of persons for the Volunteer Fire Department in Gołkowice”. 4.2. Basic data regarding the subject of the contract: 1) The vehicle must be brand new, production year not earlier than 2025, and a model currently manufactured by the manufacturer. Body colour: red RAL 3000. 2) Number of seats (including the driver): 9. 3) Engine: diesel with a total power of at least 130 kW/177 hp. 4) Drive system: 4x4. 5) Gearbox: automatic. The Contracting Authority requires that the supplied vehicle meets the technical requirements specified by applicable regulations in Poland for vehicles travelling on public roads, including technical conditions resulting from the Act of 20 June 1997 “Road Traffic Law” and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions for vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment.
