1. International, chemical name of the medicinal product: Doravirine/Lamivudine/Tenofovir Disoproxil; Strength or volume: 100/300/245mg; Pharmaceutical form: tablet; Pack size: 30. Number of packs: 8500; 2. SPECIFIC EVIDENCE MEASURES: 2.1. Pursuant to Articles 105 and 106 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), in order to confirm compliance of the supplies offered with the requirements, features or criteria specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract or the bid evaluation criteria or requirements related to performance of the contract, the contracting authority requires the contractors to submit the following documents: 2.1.1. A valid permit to place on the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland, issued by the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products, valid as at the date of submission of bids, or a valid permit to place on the market issued by the Council of the European Union or the European Commission, valid as at the date of submission of bids. 2.2.
