1. International, chemical name of the medicinal product: Ritonavir; Strength or volume: 100mg; Pharmaceutical form: tablet; Pack size: 30; Number of packs: 200; 2. MANDATORY EVIDENCE ITEMS: 2.1. Pursuant to Articles 105 and 106 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), in order to confirm that the supplies offered comply with the requirements, characteristics or criteria specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract or with the criteria for evaluating tenders or with requirements related to performance of the contract, the contracting authority requires the contractors to submit the following documents: 2.1.1. A valid permission to place on the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland, issued by the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products, valid as at the date of submission of tenders, or a valid permission to place on the market issued by the Council of the European Union or the European Commission, valid as at the date of submission of tenders. 2.2.
