1. The subject of the contract is "Purchase of Veeam licenses or equivalent". 2. The detailed Description of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in the SWZ Part III Description of the subject matter of the contract and in Part IV of the SWZ (PPU). 3. The Contracting Authority does not require Contractors to submit a bid bond. 4. The Contracting Authority does not require Contractors to provide security for the proper performance of the contract. 5. The Contracting Authority does not provide for and does not reserve the possibility to use the option right in this procedure. 6. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders. 7. This contract is awarded in parts, each of which constitutes the subject of a separate procedure. 8.
