TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is "Purchase of Veeam licenses or equivalent". 2. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in the SWZ, Part III, Description of the subject matter of the contract, and in Part IV of the SWZ (PPU). 3. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractors to provide a bid guarantee (wadium). 4. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractors to provide security for proper performance of the contract. 5. The Contracting Authority does not provide for and does not reserve the possibility to use the option right in this procedure. 6. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial bids. 7. This contract is awarded in parts, each of which constitutes a separate procurement procedure. 8. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variant bids. 9.
