Część 1 zamówienia – „Zakup licencji oprogramowania z wdrożeniem i uruchomieniem e-usług publicznych oraz zakupem sprzętu”

The contract timeline is divided into different durations and phases depending on the part of the order:

For Part 1 of the order:

• Total Duration: Up to 180 days from the date of signing the contract.
• Contract Start: Services, deliveries, and works are to commence within 7 days from the conclusion of the agreement.
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• Stage I: Purchase of server equipment and devices with software, including their implementation and launch, to be completed within 60 days from the contract signing date.
• Stage II: Delivery and installation of software licenses, along with training for users and administrators, to be completed within 60 days from the contract signing date.
• Stage III: Integration of specialized systems, implementation of e-services, and further training for users and administrators, to be completed within 60 days from the end of Stage II.
• Stage IV: Integration of solutions, final launch of all e-services, and additional training for users and administrators, to be completed within 60 days from the end of Stage III.

For Parts 2, 3, and 4 of the order:

• Total Duration: Up to 60 days from the date of signing the contract.
• Contract Start: Services, deliveries, and works are to commence within 7 days from the conclusion of the agreement.
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• Stage I: Delivery and installation of software licenses, along with training for users and administrators, to be completed within 30 days from the contract signing date.
• Stage II: Implementation and launch of e-services, and training for users and administrators, to be completed within 30 days from the end of Stage I.

The contractor is required to submit a financial and material schedule for all tasks for approval by the contracting authority within 7 days of signing the contract. The contracting authority will approve this schedule within 5 working days of its submission.
