Part 1 of the contract – “Purchase of software licences with implementation and commissioning of public e-services and purchase of equipment”, the scope of which in particular includes: 1) Modernisation and implementation of EZD: a) for the City Office (UM) together with integration with the delivered GIS System and EZD systems being implemented in Subordinate Units; b) for the Subordinate Units together with integration with the EZD system in the City Office (UM) and ePUAP, e-Doręczenia; c) stand/in-plant training materials/instructions for all users operating the implemented Systems. 2) Modernisation and implementation of e-services, including: a) Excerpts and extracts from the Local Spatial Development Plan or the Study of Conditions and Directions of Spatial Development b) Certificate confirming the absence of the Local Spatial Development Plan c) Determination of development conditions and determination of the location of an investment for a public purpose d) Applications for amendment or transfer of an administrative decision e) Applications for amendment to the existing Local Spatial Development Plan (Study) and preparation of the Local Spatial Development Plan f)…
