Purchase of lighting masts – lighting masts, including portable power supply stations with accessories under the “Civil Protection and National Defence Protection Programme for 2025-2026” 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of 12 mobile lighting masts, 6 compact lighting masts together with a battery pack, which, if necessary, will be used in difficult, inaccessible terrain, and 10 portable power supply stations together with accessories. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Annex No. I to the SWZ. 3. For the delivered subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall grant a warranty for a period of 24 months, counting from the date of delivery of the subject matter of the contract under the agreement, and shall provide statutory liability for defects for a period of 24 months. 4. The Contracting Authority informs that any references in the SWZ together with the annexes to the names of customary (common) products, trademarks, names of manufacturers, or photographs included in the elements of the description of the subject matter of the contract serve exclusively to define visual, technical and quality characteristics.
