TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of office furniture 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of furniture along with delivery and installation, hereinafter referred to as the products. The material specification of the contract and the technical requirements for the performance of the products are set out in a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract. 2. Scope of the contract: a) includes delivery of the products to the Contracting Authority’s registered office in Warsaw, ul. Krucza 36/ Wspólna 6, within 30 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The Contracting Authority shall indicate the rooms for unloading. Products delivered in full must be in undamaged original factory packaging; b) disassembly and removal of the existing furniture from the specified rooms; c) assembly and arrangement of the products in the rooms indicated by the Contracting Authority; d) collection by the Contractor of empty packages after the unpacked products and maintaining proper order in the outfitted rooms at the Contracting Authority’s registered office; e) training on the operation of the chair mechanisms specified in item 20 of the OPZ. 3.
