TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is: Migration of the Business Support System for the Economy of the Plant (SWEZ) to a new version, covering: a) carrying out the SWEZ migration and commissioning the production system in the new version (hereinafter referred to as SWEZ3); b) delivery of subscriptions together with providing ITS resources in the technology of a cloud solution (hereinafter “Subscription Service”) necessary to carry out the migration, commissioning, and production operation of SWEZ3; c) delivery of a training service covering the preparation of SWEZ users to work with SWEZ3; d) provision of the service of handling service tickets for SWEZ3 after commissioning in production; e) performance of additional services. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) for Part A of the contract has been included in the Draft contractual provisions constituting Appendix No. 2A to the SWZ. 2.
