„Purchase of a 9-seat minibus for the transport of persons with disabilities” 4.1. The subject of the contract is the supply entitled “Purchase of a 9-seat minibus for the transport of persons with disabilities”. 4.2. The supply includes the purchase of a 9-seat minibus specially adapted for the transport of a person who moves in a wheelchair. A passenger car, brand new, factory-adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities, including at least one person remaining in a wheelchair while traveling. The vehicle is intended for the transport of 9 persons in total, including the driver, in the basic seating configuration. The vehicle must be brand new, unused, not displayed and not tested, free from physical and legal defects, and must meet all requirements necessary for admission to road traffic on the territory of the Republic of Poland. The vehicle together with the adaptation carried out must have a complete set of documents required by law, enabling its registration and use in accordance with its intended purpose as a vehicle adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities.
