TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of a 9-seat microbus adapted for transporting a person in a wheelchair for the needs of the Environmental Self-Help Home in Wólka Bałtowska 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a factory-new 9-seat vehicle adapted for transporting a person in a wheelchair, to the extent described in detail in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ2. Delivery conditions: 1) The vehicle must be new, unused, accident-free, without any mechanical and paint repairs. 2) Year of production 2025 or 2026. 3) The vehicle must ensure the possibility of transporting 9 persons in total, including the driver. 4) The vehicle must be adapted for transporting a disabled person in a wheelchair using ramps with an anti-slip surface and seat belts for securing the wheelchair and the disabled passenger. The vehicle with the bodywork must have type approval (homologation). The wheelchair may be installed interchangeably with the bench of the 3rd row of seats. 5) The vehicle must meet the technical requirements specified by the applicable laws in Poland for vehicles travelling on public roads and having type approval (homologation) in accordance with the Road Traffic Act and applicable legal acts, and must be…
