PURCHASE OF A MOBILE WATER TREATMENT SET FOR SUPPLYING WATER TO RESIDENTS IN THE EVENT OF A CRISIS EVENT 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a mobile water treatment set. 2. The set includes: a/ Mobile water treatment station – a device intended for treating contaminated municipal water, enabling fast and effective response in crisis situations, ensuring continuity of water supply of appropriate quality and limiting the effects of failures and contamination, or of surface water from sources commonly occurring in Poland, such as rivers, lakes, wells or retention reservoirs. Water from such a device, under normal use in accordance with the operating instructions, should meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 22 May 2026 on the quality of water intended for human consumption (Journal of Laws 2026, item 748), b/ Automatic water dispenser/packaging machine – a device intended for automatic dosing, filling and packaging of water intended for human consumption, designed for use in crisis situations, in particular in the event of failures of water supply infrastructure and other events disrupting the continuity of drinking water supply.
