1. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts. 2. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of 4 brand-new units (Part 1 — 2 units of bariatric electric stretchers), unused, manufactured no earlier than in 2026, free from physical and legal defects, not used as a demonstrative item for the purposes of demonstration of electric stretchers, according to the specifications set out in the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract. 3. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is defined by the following annexes: 3.1. Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as “DDMC”) for Part 1 and Part 2, i.e. the Form of Required Parameters (technical specification, Annex No 3), constituting annexes to this specification (available in separate files). 3.2.
