TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a new medium firefighting and rescue vehicle with firefighting and rescue equipment permanently mounted, for the equipment of the Volunteer Fire Department in Międzybórów. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for performance are provided in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) – Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, and the Draft contract – Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. 3. In situations where the description of the subject of the contract indicates the names of manufacturers, proprietary names, trademarks, patents or origin, the indication in each case is accompanied by the words “or equivalent”. The Contractor may use materials and equipment that are equivalent in terms of technical, quality, functional and usability parameters. The subject of the contract must meet the parameters specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ), which means that the parameters offered may not be worse than those required by the Contracting Authority. 5.
