TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply in the form of an operating lease of a factory-new heavy-duty dual-function truck of the type WUKO (a special vehicle for cleaning sewers), together with the delivery of a factory-new sewer-cleaning (vacuum/jetting) body, as well as a non-integrated, portable smoke generator (smoke machine) with a set of accessories. 2. The subject of the contract must be factory-new, free from physical and legal defects. Minimum production year of the chassis and the body: 2026. a. The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations and be approved for use in traffic in accordance with the Road Traffic Law. b. The vehicle must meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on the requirements for sewer-cleaning vehicles. c. The body and equipment must have the CE marking and declarations of conformity with the applicable standards. d. All documents (operating instructions, warranty and service books, on-board computers) must be provided in Polish. 3.
