TENDER DESCRIPTION

4.1. The subject of the contract is the supply of factory-new low-floor city buses powered by electricity. The contract is divided into two parts: 4.1.1. Part 1 of the contract concerns the supply of 2 units of low-floor city buses of the MIDI class powered by electricity, with a total length within the range of 8.5 m to 9.5 m. Information on the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No 1A to the SWZ – description of the subject matter of the contract, 4.2. The offered vehicles must be factory-new buses produced in the year of delivery, by a single manufacturer, identical in their type (in particular, identical as regards configuration, equipped with identical, factory-new assemblies and subassemblies) – within the scope of the given part of the contract. For each bus, the Contractor shall provide a guarantee and warranty (rękojmia) on the same terms and conditions. 4.3.
