TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the sale by the contractor to the Contracting Authority of diesel fuel intended for combustion engine and bimodal traction vehicles used by the Contracting Authority, meeting the requirements of the applicable Polish and European standards and the requirements set out in Annex No. 2 to the Contract Template – "Quality requirements concerning the supplied fuel" (hereinafter "Diesel Fuel") and the delivery of Diesel Fuel to the above-ground and underground tanks, specified in detail in Annex No. 1 to the Contract Template - "Above-ground/underground Tank" (hereinafter "Tanks") located at the locations referred to in Chapter 2, paragraph 2 of the Terms of Reference, in an estimated quantity of: 4,800,000 liters. 2. The contractor is obliged to supply Diesel Fuel continuously in accordance with the needs of the Contracting Authority, including if necessary also on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, based on orders placed by the Contracting Authority (hereinafter "Order") to the Tanks located in the following locations (hereinafter "Place of delivery"): 1) in Poznań at Kolejowa Street 23 – 2 above-ground tanks with a capacity of 5,000 liters…
