Purchase of HPE equipment service support for a period of 36 months for the Opole Regional Office of the National Health Fund The subject of the contract is the purchase of service support for HPE equipment for a period of 36 months for the Opole Regional Office of the National Health Fund. The specific requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding the manner of providing service support and substantive support that are the subject of the contract are set out in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. By the term “service support” is meant an official technical support program of the Hewlett Packard Enterprise manufacturer, guaranteeing companies continuity of operation of their IT infrastructure (servers, storage systems and networks) through authorized repairs, access to spare parts, software updates, and assistance from engineers within a specified time regime.
