PURCHASE OF BARIATRIC HOSPITAL BEDS WITH AN ANTI-DECUBITUS MATTRESS AND BED-SIDE CABINETS 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of 2 complete medical sets. One set includes:• Bariatric hospital bed • Anti-decubitus mattress• Medical bedside cabinetThe warranty for the subject of the contract is minimum 24 months.2. The task is carried out under a grant project implemented by the Department of Public Health in the Ministry of Health (DZP), no. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0007/24, entitled “Infrastructure support for Mental Health Centers for adults and for centres / teams of community-based psychological care and psychotherapy (Level I of reference)” — under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Programme (FEnIKS), co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund, implemented on the basis of the grant project funding decision adopted by the Minister of Health on 28 February 2025. GRANT ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT NO U-30300/2026/00/181/2026/174. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ (OPZ).
