TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of aviation fuel of the JET A-1 type (CN code 2710 19 21) to the Client’s aircraft on the premises of Warsaw – Okęcie Airport. The quality of the fuel supplied must comply with the current requirements of Aviation Fuel Quality Requirements for Jointly Operated Systems (AFQRJOS) and DEF-STAN 91-091. Ground handling operations in the scope of supplying aircraft with propulsion materials (i.e. fuel) must be carried out by a ground handling agent holding a current Ground Handling Agent Certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Authority and a current Permit to supply aircraft with propulsion materials (i.e. fuel) issued by the Civil Aviation Authority. The agent conducts business activity as an intermediary entity within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 6 December 2008 on excise duty (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 412, as amended). 2.
