TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the delivery of rescue and firefighting vehicles and equipment for the Volunteer Fire Brigades in Bielsko-Biała. The subject of the contract are GCBA vehicles, factory new, complete, free from design, material, and manufacturing defects, in accordance with the requirements presented in the Terms of Reference (TOR). The subject of the contract has been divided into two parts. Each part concerns the delivery of one vehicle. 2. A detailed scope of the subject of the contract is described in the Terms of Reference (TOR) and its annexes, for all parts of the contract, i.e. in: 1) Contract Templates – (Draft contract provisions) – Annex No. 4.1 – 4.2 to the TOR; 2) Description of the Subject of the Contract (TOR) – Annex 5 to the TOR.
