TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: purchase of pharmaceutical products. The description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference (assortment-price form). The contracting authority allows partial bids divided into 40 parts of the contract / packages / tasks. The division into parts is specified in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference. The contracting authority does not allow variant bids. Detailed conditions for the delivery, including access to the contracting authority's buildings, are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the Terms of Reference. The required delivery time for partial deliveries: 3 working days from placing the order. Minimum shelf life of the assortment: 12 months from the date of delivery. The contracting authority will be obliged to use a minimum of 75% of the gross value of the awarded contract. The use will depend on the number of patients reporting to the contracting authority and on contracts with the National Health Fund. Individual parts of the contract will be executed independently of each other.
