TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the delivery of 1 unit of a medium rescue and fire-fighting vehicle for conducting rescue operations and for the implementation of tasks in the protection of the population and civil defence. The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constitutes Annex No 1.1 to the SWZ: a) part 1 — delivery of 1 unit of a medium rescue and fire-fighting vehicle for conducting rescue operations and for the implementation of tasks in the protection of the population and civil defence. The subject of the contract offered by the Contractor must meet all requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in Annex No 1.1. The Contracting Authority requires that the offered subject of the contract be brand new and compliant with all applicable standards and regulations. The Contracting Authority allows entrusting the performance of part of the contract to a Subcontractor.
