TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of two light rescue and fire trucks along with equipment under the project: "Purchase of fire trucks for Volunteer Fire Departments from the Ładzice Municipality area" (2). 2. Each purchased light rescue and fire truck with equipment is based on a 4x4 drive chassis with a fire-fighting body, GVW 5,500 kg. 3. The vehicles purchased under this contract must be factory new, i.e. unused, undamaged, non-rebuilt, free from rights of third parties and originate from the manufacturer's legal sales channel. Vehicle chassis must have a type approval certificate in accordance with separate national regulations related to road traffic law. Devices and components installed in the vehicles must meet the requirements of separate national and/or international regulations. The manufacturer and vehicles must have: a) Approval Certificate issued by CNBOP-PIB valid on the day of vehicle delivery; b) Extract from the chassis type approval certificate; c) Current permission from the chassis manufacturer and importer for performing bodywork. 4.
