TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a Pick-up type vehicle together with the provision of warranty services. The minimum required technical parameters, the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, the conditions, the scope and the manner of its performance are specified by – the description of the subject matter of the contract for Part No. 1 (Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ) and the draft contractual provisions (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ). The delivered vehicle must be brand new, free from defects and meet all requirements specified by the contracting authority in the procurement documents.
