Purchase of a 9-seater vehicle adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities within the Municipality of Inowrocław The subject of the contract is the delivery of 1 (one) brand-new 9-seater vehicle adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities within the Municipality of Inowrocław. The vehicle must be brand-new, production year no older than 2026, not registered, not used, not from an exhibition, adapted for the transport of 9 people (8 passengers and a driver), with the possibility of configuring it to transport a person in a wheelchair (the person remains in the wheelchair during the journey), with a side-retractable entry step and a wheelchair ramp. The vehicle must be complete, free from physical and legal defects; it may not constitute the subject of security interests or the rights of third parties, and the Contractor must have the right to dispose of the vehicle.
