TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of a heavy goods vehicle with an HDS type lifting crane for the purposes of performing tasks within the scope of OLiOC 1. The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of a factory-new heavy goods vehicle with an HDS type lifting crane for the purposes of performing tasks within the scope of civil protection and defence. The vehicle together with its equipment must be complete, free from physical and legal defects, and meet the requirements specified in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, with the Contracting Authority allowing for the submission of an offer with equipment better than the minimum requirements. The heavy goods vehicle must be factory-new (production year 2026) and technically adapted for driving on public roads. 2.
