TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of an electric car for the Social Welfare Home “Budowlani” in Warsaw at Elekcyjna Street 6. 1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of a) one factory-new, unused, 9-seat passenger vehicle of the microbus type with propulsion exclusively electric (BEV), adapted for transporting persons with disabilities, including at least one person in a wheelchair, together with equipment, an EV charging station with a power of at least 22 kW compatible with the vehicle, documentation, delivery to the Purchaser’s registered office, and training of personnel. 2) A detailed description and minimum requirements are set out in Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract. 3) Delivery and collection place: Social Welfare Home “Budowlani”, ul. Elekcyjna 6, 01-128 Warsaw. 4) The Contractor shall perform the contract in accordance with the SWZ, the offer, and the Designed provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.
