PURCHASE OF THE HEAD QUARTERMASTER OFFICER-PRIVILEGED VEHICLE FOR THE TRANSPORT OF PERSONS, TOGETHER WITH EQUIPMENT, FOR THE “PRZY LEP” VOLUNTEER FIRE SERVICE UNIT (OSP) 1. Name given to the contract by the Contracting Authority: Purchase of the head quartermaster officer-privileged vehicle for the transport of persons, together with equipment, for the “Przylep” VOLUNTEER FIRE SERVICE UNIT (OSP). 2. The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of a head quartermaster officer-privileged vehicle for the transport of persons, with equipment for firefighters for rescue operations from the “Przylep” OSP unit in Zielona Góra. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Appendix No. I.3 to the SWZ. 4. The Contractor shall provide a warranty for the completed subject matter of the contract for a period of at least 24 months from the date of delivery of the contract subject matter and liability under warranty (rękojmia) for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery of the contract subject matter. 5.
