TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of a passenger car for persons with disabilities for the Social Welfare Home in Szarocin 1. The subject of the contract is: Purchase of a vehicle for transporting persons with disabilities for the Social Welfare Home in Szarocin. 2. The contract is co-financed from PFRON funds for projects under area D “Programme for Equalising Differences between Regions III”. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, the description of the requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding performance, is specified by: 1) description of the subject of the contract – Part III of the SWZ, 2) designed provisions of the contract – Part II to the SWZ. 4. The minimum required warranty period is: 1) for mechanical, electrical and electronic assemblies and subassemblies – 24 months without a mileage limit, 2) for body perforation – 96 months, 3) for the paint coating – 36 months, 4) for equipment for transporting residents – 36 months; - the detailed description of warranty conditions is specified in the designed provisions of the contract – Part II of the SWZ.
