TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of a passenger car. 2. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a passenger car in accordance with Appendix No. 6. Form of the required parameters. 3. Requirements concerning the subject of the contract: a. The Contracting Authority requires that a brand-new vehicle be offered, manufactured in 2026, meeting Polish standards or equivalent. b. The offered vehicle must have brand-new equipment, free from defects, covered by the manufacturer’s vehicle warranty, meeting the requirements of the Act of 20 June 1997 on Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026, item 180, as amended), the regulation of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 502, as amended), applicable Polish standards or equivalent. c. The minimum requirements regarding the car are specified in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, which constitutes a description of the required technical and functional parameters of the subject of the contract. d.
