TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of a vehicle adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities, including persons in wheelchairs, for the Municipal Social Welfare Home in Jedlicze 1 The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of one piece of a brand-new 9-seat vehicle (including the driver), year of production 2026, adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities, including one person in a wheelchair, for the Municipal Social Welfare Home in Jedlicze. 2 Detailed minimum technical requirements, equipment, requirements regarding adaptation, warranties, service, documents and insurance are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract — Annex No 5 to the SWZ and in the Technical Parameters Form — Annex No 3 to the SWZ. 3 After the completion of the adaptation, the vehicle must be approved for use on the territory of the Republic of Poland and must have approval (homologation) documents and a diagnostic station test confirming its adaptation for the transport of persons with disabilities, as well as a complete set of documents necessary for the first registration. 4 Parameters indicated as minimum are limit requirements.
