„Purchase of a 9-seat school car adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities, including one person in a wheelchair” 1) The subject of the contract is delivery under the task: “Purchase of a 9-seat school car adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities, including one person in a wheelchair”. On the basis of Article 310 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority indicates that it may cancel the procurement procedure if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract under the above-mentioned source of funding have not been granted to it. The Contracting Authority informs that the contract is co-financed from PFRON funds – the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a new vehicle adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities.
