TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is to be financed from a subsidy from the budget of the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship. The Contracting Authority shall cancel the contract award procedure pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law (Ustawa Pzp) if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a scanner for microscope slides together with a platform for assessing slides. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in the tender form (appendix no. 1) and in the description of the subject of the contract (appendix no. 2 – OPZ). 2. The contract has not been divided into parts (lots). The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders. 3. The reason for not dividing into parts: The subject of the contract has a single, uniform nature, and dividing the contract into parts would cause excessive organizational and technical difficulties and additional costs of performing the contract, as well as the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors performing the contract.
