TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of specialist vehicles for the implementation of tasks within the scope of OLiOC (agricultural tractor) The order will involve the delivery of a brand-new agricultural tractor, complete, free from structural, material, workmanship and legal defects, produced in 2025 or 2026, ready for use. The tractor must comply with the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations in accordance with the Act “Road Traffic Law” (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 180, as amended). The tractor must have a current type-approval enabling it to be admitted to traffic on public roads in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 18 June 2013 on the type approval of agricultural tractors and trailers and the type approval of their items of equipment or parts (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 343). The actual status must be provided. The certificate of approval must be submitted no later than on the day of delivery of the tractor.
