TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part I of the contract under the name "Purchase of an agricultural tractor". 1.1 The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a brand-new tractor for the needs of the Municipality of Bielsk Podlaski for the purposes of protection of the public and civil defence. Purchase and delivery includes the agricultural tractor: a) brand new, not registered and not used previously, year of production 2026, b) having whole-vehicle type approval, c) having exhaust emission standard of at least STAGE V, d) having engine capacity of at least 1860 cm3, e) having an engine with at least 3 cylinders, f) having a gearbox: minimum 8 forward gears and 8 reverse gears with a reversing mechanism, g) having a 4-wheel drive, h) having external hydraulics 2 sections at the rear of the tractor, mechanical control, i) having a steering system hydraulic type with power steering, j) having a factory 2-door operator cab with factory air conditioning and heating, k) having road lighting compliant with road traffic regulations, l) having front work lights 2 pieces and rear work lights 2 pieces, m) having a warning lamp with flashing light of yellow colour mounted on the cab, n) having external…
