1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of medical equipment and apparatus for Hospital Departments and Operating Rooms of the Regional Specialist Hospital No. 4 in Bytom, Al. Legionów 10, as part of the implementation of investment tasks co-financed by the funds of the Silesian Voivodeship. 2.
