TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of this procedure is the purchase of computer equipment together with software for the City Office in Jastrzębie-Zdrój: 1.1 Desktop computer – 80 units. 1.2 Computer monitor – 100 units. 1.3 Office software package MS Office 2024 Home&Business ESD – 80 units. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. Pursuant to Article 101(4) of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026, item 793, as amended), when describing the subject matter of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described in the procurement documents. A Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority is required to demonstrate that the supplies or services it offers meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. 1.
