TENDER DESCRIPTION
Purchase of transport equipment together with a trailer for transporting drinking water 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of transport equipment in the form of an agricultural tractor together with a trailer—a tank trailer—for transporting drinking water. 2. The subject of the contract may not be a prototype; the year of production may not be older than 2024; it must comply with the applicable standards and legal regulations in Poland; it must be brand new; the year of production must be consistent with the year of delivery of the vehicle; it must be free from structural, material, workmanship, and legal defects. 3. The task is carried out as part of the Population Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025–2026. 4. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract (minimum technical requirements) is specified in Appendix No. 1 to this SWZ—Description of the subject of the contract.
