TENDER DESCRIPTION

3.1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new medium rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Department in Prusicko. 3.2. The vehicle must have a valid certificate of approval for use in fire protection in Poland issued on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products ensuring public safety or protection of health and life as well as property, and on the principles of issuing approvals for the use of these products (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 143, item 1002, as amended), issued by the Scientific and Research Centre for Fire Protection or an equivalent body, valid on the date of submitting offers. 3.3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract specifying the limit technical and operational parameters is set out in Part V of the Terms of Reference.
