TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new (manufacture date 2026) medium rescue and firefighting vehicle intended for the Volunteer Fire Department in Stefanów. The vehicle must be new, possessing all legally required documents necessary for vehicle registration in Poland. 2. General requirements, legal basis: 1) The vehicle must comply with Polish road traffic regulations, including requirements for emergency vehicles, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997 "Road Traffic Law" (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251 consolidated text), together with executive regulations. 2) The vehicle must comply with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products ensuring public safety or protecting health and life as well as property, and the rules for issuing approval for the use of these products (Journal of Laws No. 143 item 1002, from 2010 item 553, 2018 item 984, and 2022 item 2282). 3) The vehicle must comply with the requirements of the Regulation of the Ministers of the Interior, National Defense, Finance, and Justice of 22 March 2019 on technical conditions of special vehicles and vehicles…
