TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a medium rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive system for the Volunteer Fire Department in Zachorzów-Kolonia. 2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes in particular: 1) delivery of the subject of the contract, in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, 2) transfer of defect-free equipment, brand-new, unused, technically operational, complete and ready for use of the medium rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive system—hereinafter referred to as the “vehicle”, without any additional purchases or investments on the part of the Contracting Authority, including being equipped with all operating fluids and fuel; 3) delivery of the necessary technical description (in the Polish language), 4) delivery together with the contract of the required instructions for operating the vehicle’s chassis, fire-prevention superstructure and installed equipment and fittings in the Polish language, as well as a complete set of documents necessary for registering the vehicle, 5) marking of the vehicle in accordance with Annex No. 1, 3.
