1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a medium rescue and firefighting vehicle for OSP Sarbka-Sarbia, Czarnków commune. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the detailed technical description of the medium rescue and firefighting vehicle, which constitutes Annex No 5 to the SWZ, which at the same time constitutes Annex No 1 to the draft contract provisions (hereinafter referred to as PPU), and in the PPU, which constitute Annex No 6 to the SWZ. 3.
