TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the purchase of a medium fire-rescue vehicle (GBA) category III in accordance with the requirements of appendix no. 1 to the ToR – description of the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract must meet the following requirements: a) comply with all features specified in the terms of reference. b) be new and comply with the applicable standards. c) have complete technical and operational documentation. The contracting authority declares that the funds intended to finance the contract are public funds within the meaning of the Act of 17 August 2009 on public finances, for which the contracting authority has applied. The contracting authority also informs that it reserves the right to cancel the proceedings under Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law in the event of non-allocation of funds to the contracting authority for its implementation.
