TENDER DESCRIPTION

4.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a medium fire rescue vehicle with a 4x4 drivetrain for the Volunteer Fire Department in Rokiciny. 4.2. The scope of the contract subject includes in particular: 1) delivery of the contract subject, in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference (ToR), 2) delivery of equipment free from defects, factory new, unused, technically operational, complete and ready for work medium fire rescue vehicle with a 4x4 drivetrain – hereinafter referred to as the "vehicle", without any additional purchases and investments on the part of the Contracting Authority, including equipped with all operating fluids and fuel; 3) provision of the necessary technical description (in Polish), 4) provision along with the order of the required user manuals for the vehicle chassis, fire superstructure, and installed devices and equipment in Polish, as well as a complete set of documents necessary for vehicle registration, 5) vehicle marking in accordance with Annex No. 1, 4.3.
