TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is: delivery of 1 unit of a medium rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive system (category 2: off-road). 2. The vehicle must meet the requirements specified in: - the Road Traffic Act, together with the implementing regulations to the Act, - the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products serving to ensure the principles of public safety or protection of health and life and property, as well as the rules for granting approval for the use of those products, - the Regulation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration, National Defence, Finance and Justice of 22 March 2019 on special vehicles and vehicles used for special purposes by the Police, the Internal Security Agency, the Intelligence Agency, the Military Counterintelligence Service, the Military Intelligence Service, the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, the Border Guard, the State Protection Service, the National Revenue Administration, the Prison Service and the fire service. - The vehicle must have a valid certificate of admission for use in fire protection in the territory of Poland issued on the basis of the…
