TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a medium fire-fighting and rescue vehicle with 4x4 drive for the OSP unit in Płudy 2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) delivery of a brand new medium fire-fighting and rescue vehicle with 4x4 drive, hereinafter referred to as the "vehicle", 2) provision of the necessary technical description (in Polish), 3) provision, together with the order, of the operating manual required for service in Polish and a set of documents necessary for vehicle registration, 4) training of persons indicated by the Contracting Authority in the operation of the vehicle and equipment covered by the contract. The Contractor bears the costs of all materials necessary to carry out the training. 3.
