TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the purchase of a medium rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive system for the Volunteer Fire Department (Ochotnicza Straż Pożarna) in Wapno. The scope of the contract in particular includes delivery of a brand-new vehicle, providing the necessary technical description and operating instructions in Polish, a complete set of documents necessary for registering the vehicle, as well as training the persons indicated by the Contracting Authority in the operation of the vehicle and equipment. The vehicle must meet the minimum requirements of Polish Road Traffic Law, standards PN-EN 1846-1 and PN-EN 1846-2 (or equivalent) and have a valid certificate of approval for use in fire protection in Poland. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including a list of the minimum technical and operational parameters, has been provided in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
