Purchase of a used medium fire-rescue vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Department in Kaliska Kościerskie The subject of the contract is the purchase of a used fire vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Department in Kaliska Kościerskie, with technical parameters described in detail in Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ. Together with the vehicle referred to above, the Contractor undertakes to deliver to the Contracting Authority full technical documentation of the vehicle and documentation necessary to register the vehicle, in particular: 1) a valid certificate of admission for use in fire protection in Poland issued on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products serving to ensure public safety or protection of health and life and property, and on the rules for issuing approval for the admission of these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 143, item 1002, as amended) – CNBOP, 2) documentation necessary to register and use the vehicle as a “special vehicle”, resulting from the Act “Road Traffic Law”.
